meet jhoné.
I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. However, I spent the last three years in New York City building my brand from the ground up.
Since moving to the Big Apple, I've covered a wide playing field. I acquired experience in media writing, event planning, brand integration and marketing in entertainment.
As a millennial, my voice and perspective was welcomed in rooms and I soon went from working red carpets to walking them.
I was cast in my first acting role when I was just six years old. Over the years I've continuously found myself back on stage in some peculiar way. While in New York, I studied at Susan Batson Studios and appeared in the Spike Lee Netflix series "She's Gotta Have It." I also played a character in the popular web series "Appropriate Culture."
Recently, I have relocated to Los Angeles where I'm represented by 90210 Talent Agency and enrolled at The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute and Margie Haber Studios.
With the help of my team, during the pandemic, I was able to create a political news series for the new generation, The Gen Zone. As the host and co-writer, my main goal is to keep the young voters awake and aware of what's goin on in national and international politics. The Gen Zone has successfully filmed for four seasons and episodes can be found on FoxSoul.
This website will serve as a passenger seat to my world.. my journey and my work. Buckle up and enjoy!
